What We’re Looking For
Manage public community social channels including The Graph Forum, Discord, Reddit and Telegram.
Grow and maintain a healthy community across network stakeholders and foster contributors to the ecosystem.
Analyze community behavior to optimize engagement, propose new initiativies and help define strategy.
Lead and coordinate community management and The Graph advocacy efforts, including launching the Advocacy Program.
Manage 3rd party relationships, support partnership and user growth.
Oversee global and regional community efforts to grow education and network participation.
Help promote and grow engagement of The Graph Grants and RFPs, including marketing and events.
Support and coordinate with events, media and marketing activities (meetups, workshops, speaker, conference, hackathons).
Manage delivering local language content (translation and proofreading) and public-facing materials (presentations, posts, infographics and other marketing material)； Synchronize news/updates/announcements to all Graph's regional channels.
Collect and summarize feedback from all channels, suggest improvements to increase people's understanding and engagement.
Provide support for subgraph migration and subgraph adoption.
Support the bootstrapping and growth of a distributed community, including Core Developers and DAO members.
Proven crypto community management experience, supporting Web3, blockchain or crypto communities
Experience in communications including content creation, Forum posts, Discord, Telegram, Blog
Excellent coordination skills, ability to collaborate with global teams and individuals
Ability to multitask and manage many different priorities for diverse stakeholders
Passion for growing developer communities and Web3 participation
Strategic thinker with ability to plan community and marketing initiatves
Detail oriented, organized and resourceful

About The Team
You will be working closely with Foundation Ecosystem Contributors and Domain Experts, as well as with the Edge & Node Business team, to support the community. We work remotely with current team members located in the US and Europe; and meet in person several times a year (unless there's a pandemic).
