## Subgraphs

Custom open APIs for indexing and querying blockchain data via GraphQL. Deploy Subgraphs, manage billing, and obtain API keys in Subgraph Studio.

### Free

- Price: $0
- Included: 100,000 queries per month
- Subgraph creation: unlimited
- Indexing: dedicated indexing requires curation (adding GRT to Subgraphs)

### Usage-based (beyond the free tier)

- Rate: $2 per 100,000 queries
- Example: 300,000 queries per month costs $4 (the first 100,000 are free, the next 200,000 are billed at $2 per 100,000)
- Billing: monthly, usage-based

## Substreams

High-performance, parallelized blockchain data streaming. Substreams is served through a provider marketplace at [The Graph Market](https://thegraph.market), where independent providers offer streams per network and set their own price, latency, and service terms.
