Returns supported EVM DEXs.

`network` string	The Graph Network ID for EVM networks https://thegraph.com/networks 可选值: `arbitrum-one`, `avalanche`, `base`, `bsc`, `mainnet`, `optimism`, `polygon`, `unichain`	必填 mainnet
`factory` string	Filter by factory address Single value or array of values* (separate multiple values with `,`) *Plan restricted.
`protocol` string	Protocol name 可选值: `uniswap_v2`, `uniswap_v3`, `uniswap_v4`
`limit` integer	Number of items* returned in a single request. *Plan restricted. 默认值: `10` 最小值: `1` 最大值: `1000`
`page` integer	Page number to fetch. Empty `data` array signifies end of results. 默认值: `1` 最小值: `1` 最大值: `767465558638`
